# Form

To select form options you need to select the form block. There are different ways to select form block: the simplest is to click the form icon near input block.

Once you selected a form you will see in right panel all the available options.

You can choose to store submissions, that will be available in [forms submissions page](https://docs.formello.net/admin/submissions).

If you want to enable reCaptha you can simply switch the toggle on.

You can choose to hide form after submission. 

You can provide message for success and error. In case no one is provided, the default ones will be displayed.

In the advanced form options you can choose to display label on field side, to show bolded label or enable debug.
